UHS UGAT Admission 2024 has Started now. The University of Health Science Lahore has accepted new application forms for BS MLT, BS, Speech and Language Pathology, and BS Occupational Therapy (4 years) programs on 30th January 2024. The last date for admission is 09th February 2024. UHS Admit Card UGAT Roll no Slip will be available on 12th February 2024 on the official website of UHS e-portal.uhs.edu.pk. UHS UGAT Admission 2024 Apply Online
Students who passed the UGAT-2023 on January 7, 2024, don’t need to take UGAT again in 2024. Just make sure the application is complete and follows the rules, or it might get rejected. It’s the responsibility of the students to submit the right documents on time. Once students apply online, there’s no need to send a printed copy to the University. Admission is based on merit only, and if students have foreign qualifications, like A-Level or 12th Grade, they should upload the equivalence certificate from IBCC. How to Apply for UHS UGAT Admission 2024 Online?
- Go to the online application portal @forms.uhs.edu.pk
- Check eligibility (need 60% or above marks in HSSC/equivalent exam)
- Fill in the application form with personal details and qualifications.
- Upon initial submission, a password will be sent to your email for login.
- Determine the order of preference for your chosen programs.
- Before final submission, create a challan for the non-refundable application processing fee (Rs.3500/ per program).
- Pay the fee at the nearest Bank of Punjab branch and upload the paid challan slip on the portal.
- Upload the required documents (Max Size: 1 Mb/each document) mentioned on the portal.
- Verify filled information and attachments.
- Make the final submission of your application form.
- A confirmation notification will appear on your screen, and note that the application becomes non-editable after final submission.
