How to Apply for SZABMU Admission 2024 Online?

- Click on the “Register Here” button in Green Color
- Provide all the required information to create an account.
- Click on the DPT Admission
- Fill out the Application form carefully and click on submit
- After that, Click on the Fee challan slip and download it pdf file.
- Applicants should print the challan for the application processing fee from the online admission portal and deposit it at the nearest branch of Habib Bank Ltd.

- Attested copy of CNIC/B-Form
- Attested copy of SSC Certificate or O-Level Equivalence Certificate
- Attested copy of HSSC Pre-Medical Certificate or A-Level/12th Grade Equivalence Certificate
- Attested copy of Domicile Certificate
- Attested copy of Entry Test Result
- Copy of paid Rs. 1,000 challans (non-refundable/non-adjustable).
DPT Program Admission Eligibility Criteria
- The student has to get at least 60% (660/1100) marks in F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) or A-Level, certified by IBCC.
- At least 50% in the Entry Test to be eligible for admission. .
